DataLane is the go-to-market platform that helps businesses find and acquire new customers. We gather information to create profiles of businesses and professional profiles of their representatives. We make this information available to our customers – companies looking to reach businesses to offer business-to-business products and services.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use and share information about businesses and their representatives, and explains the privacy choices we offer. Individuals whose information we maintain in our database can direct us to delete their information by emailing admin@datalane.com.

We collect information about businesses and their representatives through multiple channels, including:

- Directly and indirectly from activity or submissions on DataLane’s website

The agent must present signed written permission to act on the individual’s behalf and the individual may also be required to independently verify their identity with us.
