‍DataLane is the go-to-market platform that helps businesses find and acquire new customers. We gather information to create profiles of businesses and professional profiles of their representatives. We make this information available to our customers – companies looking to reach businesses to offer business-to-business products and services.

‍This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use and share information about businesses and their representatives, and explains the privacy choices we offer. Individuals whose information we maintain in our database can direct us to delete their information by emailing admin@datalane.com.

How We Collect Information

We collect information about businesses and their representatives through multiple channels, including:

• First-hand research
• Third-party data vendors
• Directly and indirectly from activity or submissions on DataLane’s website
• Directly and indirectly from our customers or their representatives
• Directly from vendors and other contractual counterparties
• Through communications with prospective customers and other businesses and their representatives

Individuals may submit a request to know or a request to delete their personal information through an authorized agent. The agent must present signed written permission to act on the individual’s behalf and the individual may also be required to independently verify their identity with us.
